Returns

We offer a 30-day return period. This means you have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To qualify for a return, the item must

  • Be unused and in the same condition you received it

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Include all accessories, manuals, and included materials

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

Products are only eligible for return if:

  • The package is unopened, or

  • The item received is significantly different from the product description on our website

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can review the issue and provide a suitable solution as quickly as possible.

We may request photos of the item and packaging to help process your claim.


Non-Returnable Items

For safety and regulatory reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Opened or used battery cells

  • Products damaged through misuse or improper handling

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Custom or special-order products

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before sending it back.

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, the fastest option is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once your return is approved.

Return Shipping & Fees

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was shipped, or

  • The item arrived damaged or defective

A restocking or processing fee may apply to approved returns, especially for opened packaging, refused deliveries, or non-defective items.

Shipping charges paid on the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must still meet the eligibility requirements listed above, including being unused and in original packaging with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note:

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

  • Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable

  • Refunds may be adjusted if returned items are not in their original condition
